Terms of use

Last updated 5 September 2026

1. What Tratto is, and what it is not.

Tratto is a personal tracking tool — a scheduler and a journal. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, it does not provide medical advice, and it cannot assess your symptoms.

Tratto does not tell you what to take, how much, or for how long. It ships no protocol of its own. Any amount displayed in the app was entered by you or imported from a document you supplied, and remains yours to edit or remove.

Supplements — herbal ones included — can cause harm and can interact with prescription medication. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any protocol, particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take any medication, or have an existing condition. If your symptoms are severe, worsening, or worrying you, stop and seek medical care. Worsening symptoms are not a sign of progress.

2. Who we are

Tratto is provided by Sicilia Build S.r.l.s. Unipersonale, Via Angelo Cavarra 144, 96017 Noto (SR), Italy, VAT IT02180560894. Contact: [email protected].

3. Your account and your data

Tratto works without an account. Your data is stored on your device. You are responsible for your device and for keeping your own backups — if you delete the app, delete your data, or lose the device, we cannot recover anything, because we never had it. See the privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use

Use Tratto for your own personal tracking. Do not use it to provide services to others as though it were a clinical tool, do not attempt to reverse engineer or resell it, and do not use it in any way that breaks the law where you are.

5. Purchases, renewal and cancellation

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. You can withdraw by using the model withdrawal form, or by any clear statement to [email protected]. We will acknowledge your withdrawal on a durable medium without delay and refund within 14 days using the same payment method.

A licence key is digital content supplied immediately. When you buy through the card checkout you are asked to accept these terms; when a key is arranged by email we ask you for the same acknowledgement before sending it. Either way, by accepting you expressly request that the key be delivered at once and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once it has been delivered. If you would rather keep the 14-day right, say so before paying and we will deliver the key after the 14 days instead.

Where digital content is supplied immediately and you have expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, that right does not apply.

7. Availability and changes

Tratto is provided as it is. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of anything that materially reduces what you have paid for. Because the app runs locally, it continues to work offline regardless of whether our website or services are available.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for any decision you make about your health, or for the content of any protocol you enter into the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes to these terms

We will update the date above when these terms change and, where a change materially affects your rights, tell you in the app before it takes effect.
