What changed

Dated, plain, newest first. What has changed in the app and on this site since mid-August.

Steps counted from waking, from your own document

“On waking” and “30 minutes after getting up” in a pasted protocol now become steps counted from when you got up, so they move with your wake time. The step editor can set that too. A day with only a reported severe sign now reaches the practitioner report.

The ring shows one thing; the steps show another

The ring is one arc for the share of the day done. A row of dots under it shows each step in order: filled done, dashed skipped, an outline with a glow for the one due now.

A prompt to add Tratto to your home screen, and a clearer notice when the free period ends

After your first logged step, Tratto offers to sit on your home screen, and says only what is actually true about that. When the free period ends, the notice names the price and what stays open, then shrinks to a chip.

New address: gettratto.com

The site is at gettratto.com and the app at app.gettratto.com. The old address keeps working and shows how to bring your data across: export there, import here.

Hold-offs in the list; an Also-today diary

A hold-off that moves a step shows as a hatched row after the step that opened it. Under the steps, a plain diary for anything else you ate, drank or took; it prints in the report and is never scored.

Set it up, then didn’t start? You get day 1 today

Ten silent days after setup no longer read as ten days missed.

Ten free days, keys, calendar export

The first ten days of step logging are free; then a key by email, checked on your phone. One repeating calendar event per step, with an alert, for reminders while the app is closed.

Import, home-screen icons, tables from PDFs

Bring back an export on a new phone. Real home-screen icons. Rows copied from a PDF table are read as name, amount and note, with the document’s own wait kept as the hold-off.

Days you paused, and days you simply didn’t log

Past days are paused, not logged, or missed; consistency counts logged days and says so. A pause is visible and can be ended. Finishing a protocol leads to starting a different one without losing the first.

The severe-symptom screen, and your numbers kept as you entered them

If you mark blood, fever, fainting or severe pain, a full-screen notice records it and says to get medical care; nothing else in the app is red. Sliders start unanswered and only what you touched is saved. Day one no longer carries a value on the wrong scale. Your wake time is stamped per day, so editing it never rewrites history.

Tratto schedules and records. It never suggests a dose, a duration or an escalation, never names a condition, and never interprets a symptom; every amount comes from your own document or your own log. It is not a medical device and not medical advice. Supplements can cause harm and can interact with prescription medication: talk to a doctor or pharmacist before starting or changing a protocol. If a symptom is severe or worsening, stop and get medical care. For the protocol itself, ask the person who gave it to you.
