The protocol you give them, run as written
Your client pastes your document once. Each day is laid out from it, kept honestly, and comes back to you as a report from their phone. There is no dashboard and no portal; there is no server.
What your client gets
- Their protocol, from the document you gave them, laid out each day: in order, counted from when they got up where your document says so, timed around meals, with the hold-offs you specified kept. Where you specified none on a step it reads as a binder, an assumed two hours, labelled as an assumption.
- A record of what was logged, skipped (with the reason), missed, or not logged at all. Those are kept apart, because a day the app was closed is not a day of missed steps.
- A short daily check-in and a weekly panel; a diary of anything else they ate, drank or took.
What you get
A printed report your client hands you or sends as a PDF: the protocol as it stands, with each amount and whether it came from the setup or their log; the daily log with skips and reasons; their notes; the “Also” diary; the weekly panel; reintroduction results; and any severe sign they marked, with the date. It is their document, from their phone. Nothing they record leaves their device unless they choose to print or export it.
What it never does
- It never suggests a dose, a duration or an escalation. Every amount in the app comes from your document or from what the client logged, and the source is shown next to it.
- It never names a condition or pathogen and never interprets a symptom. It records and displays.
- It has no streaks, points or badges. A missed day is recorded, not punished.
- Red is used once. If the client marks blood, fever, fainting or severe pain, a full-screen notice records it and hands them to a person. Nothing infers it from anything they type, and nothing else in the app is red.
Sending a client to it
Give them the document as you normally would and point them at app.gettratto.com. They paste the text, check what was read, and start. The first ten days of step logging are free; after that a key costs €69 for 90 days or €99 for a year, one payment, no subscription. Card checkout is being connected; until then the client emails and the key comes back, usually within a day. How the paste works.
Branded delivery
Nothing like this is built yet. If you send the same protocol to many clients, tell us what you give them today and what you would want back, and we will reply with what it would take and what it would cost. Write to [email protected]; a Tratto address follows once the mailbox exists.
